Service Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our organizing services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address concerns and make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee based on the service package booked.

Refund Policy

Refunds for organizing services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If services have been partially completed, refunds will be prorated based on work completed. Full refunds may be available if services have not yet commenced.

Follow-Up Services

Safegenuine offers follow-up consultations and adjustments within 30 days of initial service completion at no additional charge, subject to reasonable scope limitations.
